REPAY will now offer its suite of payment processing solutions to the Canadian personal loans and automotive loans markets. REPAY previously announced that it had entered into a merger agreement with Thunder Bridge Acquisition, Ltd. (NASDAQ: TBRG) (“Thunder Bridge”) for a proposed business combination.
